Effective July 2026. WhoPicksYou is operated by Marketing Tech Experts ("we"). This page says plainly what we collect and what we do with it.
The business details you type (name, city, category), your email address, and the reports we generate for you. Standard server logs (IP, time) for abuse prevention, kept briefly.
We email you your report links, monthly reports if you subscribe to monitoring, and one short practical email per week. Every email has an unsubscribe link or can be stopped by replying "stop".
We do not sell or rent your data. We do not share it with anyone except the infrastructure needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, and the assistant providers we query, who only receive the public questions, never your email).
Email hello@marketingtechexperts.net to get a copy of your data or to have it deleted. Deletion removes your reports and your email from our systems.
